Reduced overtime, shorter working hours, temporary lay offs or smaller pay packets are the strategies which will implement by the majority of the factory in Malaysia due to the economy crisis. Retrenchment will be the last option as suggested by Labour Department in Malaysia.

 

In Penang, more and more MNC are expecting to shutdown as to take further cost cutting measures for this few months. I would say the actual picture of the economy crisis will be seeing on next few months.

 

Currently, I have to take unpaid leave from 20 December – 12 January due to the implication on the US market. Predictions that the environment will stabilize on July due to possibly severe shortages may not be accurate if there is no demand in the global market.

 

I believe we just need to be patient as sometimes we can predict but we cannot control the future. So we must scale down personal expenditure.

Today I am cleaning old stuff in the cupboard. There is a photo album of all the uni memory and a box of uni stuff which I store all the present and gift from Uni mates. When I see each of the present it really recall all the happy memory when I am in the university. Life is simple and with lots of fun as the only worry for us is to excel in the exam.

 

This is the T-shirt that make me re-call the memory when I celebrate the last Birtday with all the UUM buddy. The situation is warm and the T-Shirt is full with writing. I am thinking when can we gather like this in the future? When I read all the words such as XX, CB, and LX it really make me laugh at myself. Thanks for giving me a wonderful memory at UUM..........

 

 

 

Time flies really fast and  few hours to go we will celebrate the 2009 where a new beginning for everything. Honestly, this  is a really tough year for me as I have go through lots of obstacle and unhappy moments. This surely have make me grown up and honestly thanks for the family and friends suport .

 

There is alwalys up and down and "Life is like a roller-coaster". This is true as sometimes things does not come as what we wish. I admit that I do make a lots of mistakes and mistake is the only way you can learn faster. I really fall down and each times  I can feel the pain. These pain will remind me and make me stronger. When I think back on the silly mistakes I do, I really  laugh on myself as why I will so emotional. I admit I am really an emotional type of gal which look tough.

 

What I really proud of myself this years is have the guts to get a clarification for something that I wish to know. The answer I get is satisfy and do laugh on myself for the stupidness. I think this really need a lots of courage and this should be the last time I doing this. ( I promise myself ).

 

Hmmm,interesting part of the year 2008 is many of my friends get marry. There is Hao & Evonne, Yee Mei & Monkey , Elynn & Eric , YL & Grace , Chow & Keh Shin. I like to attend wedding dinner as I think wedding is a really special ceremony and be blessed by all of the friends and relatives.

 

Now I really looking forward for the coming 2009 and really hopes all the things will go smooth. I hope next year will be better year for me even the economic is look bad. Appreciate each other and enjoy the life......

 

Hmmhm - It has been a long time I never write blogs. I just want to let you know that currently I am enjoying my life and everything is great so far......Honestly, I believe I have become more mature as each years pass. Don't worry on me as I know how to take care on me. I really know what is the most important things in life.
